Role Description The Director Talent Acquisition (Campus Placements – Edtech – 30 LPA) is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for designing and leading the campus hiring strategy across universities, colleges, and professional institutes to support the company’s growth in the edtech sector. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and managing relationships with campus placement cells, planning and executing recruitment drives, collaborating with business leaders to understand workforce needs, and ensuring a consistent, inclusive candidate experience.

The Director will oversee the end-to-end campus recruitment lifecycle, including forecasting hiring needs, screening and selecting candidates, negotiating offers, and maintaining recruitment metrics and dashboards. The role also involves developing employer branding initiatives,



refining recruitment processes, mentoring recruitment team members, and ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.

Qualifications

- Solid expertise in campus hiring, talent acquisition strategy, and stakeholder management within edtech or related industries.
- Experience designing and executing large-scale recruitment drives, including planning, coordination, and post-event follow-up.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, recruitment analytics, and digital tools for sourcing and candidate relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to represent the organization effectively to academic and industry partners.
- Proven leadership capabilities, including team management, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret hiring data and refine strategies accordingly.
- Deep understanding of campus placement ecosystems in India, particularly in and around Bengaluru, and familiarity with edtech talent profiles.
- Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment practices.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and travel to partner campuses as needed.
