Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Software Engineering, based in the Greater Delhi Area. The role involves overseeing software development projects, leading engineering teams, designing and implementing distributed systems, and driving innovation in software architecture.
The Director will ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with the company's vision while fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Software Development and Software Design for scalable and productive solutions.
- Strong Team Leadership skills with experience mentoring and managing diverse engineering teams.
- Experience in Project Management for large technical initiatives, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Expertise in Distributed Systems architecture and implementation.
- Ability to drive innovation and maintain best practices in software engineering processes.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in AI-based systems or security platforms is a plus.
