Director of Engineering / Product Management – ERP (Fixed Operations)
- Role: Director of Product Management (ERP / Service & Fixed Ops)
- Core Focus: Lead, build, and scale the product strategy for a cloud-native automotive Service and Fixed Operations ERP platform.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute product vision, roadmaps, and GTM strategies for work order management, scheduling, and invoicing.
- Drive integration of AI/ML-native capabilities and intelligent workflows into core enterprise ERP software.
- Direct commercial packaging, pricing, ARR growth, and metric tracking (KPIs).
- Manage and mentor cross-functional teams across PM, Design, Engineering, and Data Science.
- Requirements: Senior product leadership experience in enterprise SaaS/ERP, automotive retail domain knowledge, and robust track record delivering production-grade AI features.
