Role Description The Director of Food and Beverage is a full-time, in office leadership role based at Radisson Blu Plaza Delhi Airport in Delhi, India. This role oversees all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, banquets, in-room dining, and special events to ensure high-quality service, consistent standards, and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing F&B; concepts, menus, and promotions in partnership with culinary teams, while maintaining brand standards and a strong focus on revenue growth. The Director manages budgets, cost controls, and inventory, reviews financial performance,



and takes action to optimize profitability. Day-to-day tasks also include leading and mentoring F&B; teams, coordinating with other hotel departments, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations, and addressing guest feedback to continually improve the dining experience.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in Food & Beverage operations and Food Service, including managing restaurants, bars, banquets, and in-room dining.
- Solid Culinary Skills and experience collaborating with chefs on menu planning, quality standards, and presentation.
- Proven ability to drive Customer Satisfaction through attentive service, guest engagement, and effective resolution of concerns.
- Solid Budgeting skills, with experience in cost control, forecasting, and analyzing F&B; financial performance.
- Previous leadership experience in a similar F&B; management role within an upscale or luxury hotel environment.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and best practices in hospitality operations.
- Excellent communication, team leadership, and people management skills, with a collaborative and inclusive approach.
- Relevant hospitality or hotel management qualification; a degree or diploma in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
