- 15+ years of total software engineering experience.
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role (Director or equivalent) managing teams of 50+ engineers.
- Global Model Success: Proven track record building and scaling teams within a GCC or global delivery model, specifically shifting from staff augmentation to outcome ownership.
- Technical Roots: A solid background in front-end engineering (React or similar) with deep knowledge of Micro-Frontend (MFE) / Federated architectures.
- Systems Thinking: Experience integrating front-end layers with backend APIs like Salesforce and MuleSoft, knowing exactly where a workaround belongs.
- Telecom/Retail Experience: Experience working on massive, large-scale digital/retail platforms or telecommunications environments is a massive plus.
