- Own end-to-end service delivery for the practice, with accountability for delivery quality, client satisfaction, governance and consistent execution across all legal outsourcing engagements.
- Responsible for revenue growth and margin improvement within new and existing accounts. Drive delivery-led growth within existing accounts by identifying opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell.
- Establish and oversee delivery governance, resource planning, productivity, risk management and service level adherence to ensure scalable and efficient operations across accounts.
- Partner with quality and transformation teams to drive continuous improvement, standardization and service innovation while maintaining solid control over transition, stabilization and ongoing account performance.
