Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai (Mid-sized CA Firm)

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM

Open Positions & Compensation:

- Assistant Manager – 2–3 years post-qualification experience
- Manager – 4–6 years post-qualification experience
- Senior Manager – 8+ years post-qualification experience

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)/ Semi CA/ Mcom/ MBA/ Bcom

Key Responsibilities

- Handle Direct Tax Advisory and Litigation matters
- Represent clients before CIT(A), Tribunal, High Court, and Supreme Court
- Manage international tax planning and transaction structuring
- Provide corporate tax and foreign investment advisory
- Handle tax assessments, appeals,



and compliance
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting business development
- Mentor and guide junior team members

Skills Required:
- Strong expertise in Direct Taxation and Indian & International Tax Laws
- Knowledge of allied laws such as FEMA and BMA
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Solid client and stakeholder management abilities
