Role Description This is a full-time Direct Hire Recruiter role in a hybrid work arrangement, based in Mumbai with some work-from-home flexibility. The recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for direct hire positions across the organization.

Day-to-day responsibilities include building talent pipelines, partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, posting and updating job advertisements, and managing candidate communication. The role involves assessing candidate fit, facilitating offer discussions, ensuring a smooth onboarding transition,



and maintaining accurate recruitment data and reports. The recruiter will also help improve recruitment strategies, support employer branding initiatives, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability in Recruiting and Hiring, with a focus on direct hire placements.
- Experience with Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and offer management.
- Robust Interviewing skills, with the ability to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
- Background in Staffing Services or talent acquisition within service-oriented industries is beneficial.
- Solid communication and relationship-building skills with candidates and hiring managers.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines.
- Comfort with applicant tracking systems and basic HR/recruitment analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
