This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Videos Lead at TSG/NewsX/NewsX World, based in New Delhi.

Responsibilities include leading the development and execution of digital video strategies for news content, overseeing video production and storytelling, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality digital content. The role also requires analyzing digital engagement metrics and working collaboratively to optimize performance.

The Digital Videos

Lead will play a significant role in enhancing the channel's digital presence and viewer engagement.

Key Requirements

1. Own and scale the YouTube strategy for NewsX & NewsX World, driving views, watch time,



and revenue growth
2. Manage end-to-end YouTube publishing, including TV content uploads, live streams, VODs, and compliance with platform policies
3. Optimise content packaging (titles, thumbnails, metadata, playlists) to maximise discovery and monetisation
4. Plan and execute original digital-first formats, including Shorts, explainers, interviews, and analysis
5. Use YouTube Analytics and performance data to refine content mix, publishing strategy, and growth initiatives
6. Coordinate closely with TV newsroom, producers, anchors, and digital teams for seamless content flow
7. Identify and scale high-performing formats while improving operational efficiency under real-time news pressure.

Preferred Background

1. Experience with TV news channels or large-scale news YouTube networks
2. Exposure to international or English news content
3. Knowledge of YouTube monetisation policies & ad suitability
