We are looking for a Digital Sales & Marketing Associate to join our LA PLATA Brand. The ideal candidate should be confident, creative, and communication-oriented, with an interest in digital marketing, online sales, lead generation, and customer communication.

The candidate will support our sales and marketing activities by generating current business leads, managing digital platforms, communicating with potential customers, and promoting our products across online channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads through LinkedIn, email marketing, online platforms, and digital research.
- Identify and approach potential domestic and international buyers/customers.
- Handle initial customer inquiries and follow up with prospective clients.
- Maintain and update the company's LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Create and coordinate product posts, promotional content, and marketing material.
- Support email marketing and buyer outreach campaigns.
- Maintain customer and lead databases and regularly follow up on potential opportunities.
- Coordinate with the Design, Sales, and Product Development teams for product presentations and promotions.
- Research market trends, competitors, potential buyers, and new business opportunities.
- Assist in preparing product presentations, catalogues, and digital sales material.




- Track leads, inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions and prepare regular reports.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Freshers and candidates with 1–2 years of experience may apply.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Comfortable communicating professionally with customers through email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and calls.
- Basic understanding of social media marketing and digital sales.
- Knowledge of Canva, MS Excel, PowerPoint, LinkedIn, and digital marketing tools will be preferred.
- Good internet research and lead-generation skills.
- Confident, organized, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Interest in home décor, kitchenware, lifestyle products, or the export industry will be an advantage.
