Role Description

This is a full time on-site role for a Digital Performance Marketing Executive - D2C (Direct-To-Consumer), based in New Delhi. The role involves creating content (videos, carousels & statics) along with managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns on Meta.

The executive will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure double digit ROAS and month on month revenue growth across Direct-To-Consumer (D2C) channels.

- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute paid marketing strategy for acquisition, retention, and remarketing.
- Content Creation:



Create and edit video content for digital marketing campaigns and use tools to create engaging marketing videos and creatives.
- Campaign & Performance Management: Manage end-to-end paid campaigns across Meta, including data analytics.
- Collaboration: Partner with the influencers for collaborations

Skills & Qualifications
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing for a D2C brand or agency.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
