Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Trainer with 2+ years of relevant industry/training experience, preferably in the EdTech, Education, or Training sector. The candidate should have strong practical knowledge of Digital Marketing and excellent teaching, communication, and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging offline, online, and hybrid Digital Marketing training.

- Train students on SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Marketing, Social Media, Content, Email, Affiliate, Influencer, WhatsApp/SMS Marketing, and Performance Marketing.
- Provide practical training on GA4, GTM, Google Search Console, WordPress, Landing Pages, CRO, Marketing Automation, and AI tools.
- Conduct live projects, practical campaigns, assignments, assessments, and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Develop and update course content based on current industry trends and tools.
- Mentor students on career development, certifications, portfolios, internships, mock interviews, and placements.
- Monitor student performance,



maintain academic records, and prepare batch/training reports.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, advertising platforms, AI tools, and emerging Digital Marketing trends.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, Performance Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Social Media Marketing.
- Working knowledge of GA4, GTM, Search Console, WordPress, CRO, and AI-powered marketing tools.
- Excellent presentation, communication, classroom management, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to simplify concepts and deliver practical, industry-oriented training.

Qualification & Experience:
- Any Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2+ years of Digital Marketing training experience.
- EdTech/Education/Training experience preferred.
- Experience handling student, professional, or corporate training batches is an advantage.
