Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Kalyan.

Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies and campaigns.

Manage SEO, SEM/PPC, social media, content, email, WhatsApp, display & remarketing.

Drive website traffic, lead generation, conversions, and brand awareness.

Manage Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other paid campaigns; optimize ROI and CPL.

Oversee website development, updates, landing pages, and conversion optimization.

Manage all Digital Marketing activities.

Track performance using Search Console, CRM and campaign analytics.

Manage digital marketing budgets, KPIs, reporting, and overall performance.

Coordinate with sales, and other internal teams.

Experience:



2–7 years in digital marketing with strong hands-on and team management experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Digital Marketing and Online Marketing skills, including campaign planning and execution across multiple channels.
- Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills for content creation, community management, and engagement on major platforms.
- Candidates should possess Web Analytics skills to track performance, interpret data, and generate actionable insights and reports.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for collaborating with teams and creating marketing messages.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree or certification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field are beneficial.
- Experience with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing platforms) is preferred.
- Prior experience in a BPO or service-oriented environment, and familiarity with B2B and B2C marketing, are added advantages.
