? THE ROLE

You will take ownership of ELEVATE Careers’ digital presence and build a strong social media + LinkedIn growth engine focused on visibility, engagement, enquiries and lead generation.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and execute high-impact digital marketing strategies
- Build and grow ELEVATE Careers’ presence on LinkedIn & social media
- Drive qualified B2B enquiries and leads through digital channels
- Create compelling content, campaigns, reels, creatives & employer-branding initiatives
- Develop innovative LinkedIn lead-generation campaigns
- Track analytics, campaign performance, CPL, engagement & conversions
- Continuously experiment, optimize and scale what works
- Build digital campaigns around Recruitment, HR & Staffing services
- Collaborate with the business team to convert marketing opportunities into revenue

✔️ 5+ years of hands-on Digital Marketing experience

✔️ Solid expertise in LinkedIn Marketing & Lead Generation

✔️ Proven ability to generate business enquiries through social media

✔️ Excellent understanding of content, performance marketing & analytics

✔️ Creative thinker with a strong business & growth mindset

✔️ Ability to independently plan, execute and measure campaigns

✔️ Experience in HR / Recruitment / Staffing / Consulting is highly preferred
