Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Specialist role based in the Pune Division.

The Digital Marketing

Specialist will plan and execute online marketing campaigns to promote Pancharatna Ventures’ projects across digital channels, with a focus on lead generation and brand awareness. Daily responsibilities include managing social media accounts, creating and optimizing content for multiple platforms, monitoring web analytics, and adjusting campaigns based on performance data. The role involves coordinating with sales and project teams to align messaging, handling online inquiries, and maintaining a consistent brand presence.





The specialist will also explore new digital trends and tools to improve campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.

Qualifications-

- Solid digital marketing skills, including experience with Wordpress, Online Marketing and Digital Marketing campaigns.

- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including strategy creation, content planning, and community engagement.

- Ability to work with Web Analytics tools to track performance, generate insights, and optimize campaigns.

- Excellent Communication skills for clear, professional interaction with internal teams and potential customers.

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate or related sectors.

- Knowledge of SEO/SEM, email marketing, and lead-generation funnels is highly desirable.

- Comfortable working on-site in the Pune Division and collaborating in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
