About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious, end-to-end Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our entire digital footprint and demand generation engine. You will take 100% ownership of marketing our flagship enterprise software platforms (Fixed Asset Management and Complaints/Grievance Tracking Systems) targeting large enterprises, healthcare networks, corporate chains, and mid-to-large organisations across India.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategy & Lead Generation: Design and execute the complete B2B digital marketing playbook to drive high-quality inbound inquiries, product demos, and enterprise leads.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct technical SEO, keyword research, and target high-intent B2B search terms in India (e.g., enterprise asset tracking, hospital asset management, CAHO asset compliance, automated helpdesk software).
- Performance Marketing (PPC): Setup, optimize, and manage Google Ads (Search, Display), LinkedIn Ads, and re-targeting campaigns targeting C-level executives, IT Heads, Administration Managers, and Operations Directors.
- Content Marketing & Messaging: Craft high-converting landing page copy, case studies, product brochures, White Papers, cold outreach sequences, and comparison guides.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Build personalized digital outreach and targeted ad campaigns targeting specific enterprise sectors (Healthcare, Manufacturing, Corporate Parks, Retail Chains).
- Social Media & Brand Awareness: Manage official LinkedIn, YouTube, and corporate channels; create engaging post formats (Infographics, feature spotlight videos, customer success stories).
- Email & Automation Marketing: Setup automated drip campaigns, lead nurturing workflows, and monthly newsletters using email marketing tools/CRMs.
- Analytics & ROI Tracking: Monitor metrics (CAC, CPL, Conversion Rates,



Organic Traffic) using Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and CRM tools to continuously optimize ROI.

- Content & CopyAbility to translate complex software workflows (compliance, audits, QR-code asset tagging, SLA tracking) into transparent business benefits.
- Basic Design/MediaFamiliarity with Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools to produce quick marketing collateral and social posts.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience marketing software solutions to specialized verticals like Hospitals/Healthcare Networks, Manufacturing, Facility Management, or Corporate Enterprises.
- Understanding of Indian business buying behaviors, procurement processes, and key regulatory triggers (such as statutory compliance, audit readiness, and asset lifecycle standards).
