Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Specialist role based in Kaithal.

The Digital Marketing

Specialist will plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns across search engines and social media platforms to drive traffic, leads, and brand awareness. Daily responsibilities include managing social media channels, creating and scheduling content, monitoring campaign performance, and using web analytics tools to generate reports and insights. The role involves coordinating with designers and content writers, conducting keyword and audience research, and suggesting improvements to enhance conversion rates and ROI.



The specialist will also stay updated on digital marketing trends and platform best practices to ensure campaigns remain competitive and effective.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with experience planning and executing integrated campaigns.
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including content scheduling, community engagement, and platform-specific strategies.
- Ability to use Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to track performance and optimize campaigns.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for cross-functional collaboration and client interaction.
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM concepts, PPC campaign management, and basic content marketing principles.
- Comfort working with marketing automation or ad platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads) is an advantage.
