Role Description The Digital Marketing Manager is a full-time hybrid role based in Ahmedabad, This role is responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns that promote Toree Properties’ portfolio across online channels. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media platforms, coordinating content calendars, optimizing paid and organic campaigns, and driving qualified leads through targeted digital initiatives.

The Digital Marketing

Manager will monitor web analytics and campaign performance, prepare reports, and adjust strategies to improve reach,



engagement, and conversion. Collaboration with sales, design, and leadership teams is expected to ensure consistent branding and effective communication of property offerings.

Qualifications

- Strong Digital Marketing and Marketing skills, with experience in integrated online campaigns.
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing to manage and grow brand presence across key platforms.
- Experience in Lead Generation using digital tools and strategies to drive inquiries and conversions.
- Ability to interpret Web Analytics and performance metrics to optimize campaigns and user journeys.
- Knowledge of real estate or property-related marketing is an advantage.
- Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and basic SEO/SEM practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a collaborative setting, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
