Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Manager role based in Ranchi.

The Digital Marketing

Manager will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to increase brand visibility and user engagement. Daily responsibilities include managing social media platforms, overseeing content and creatives, monitoring campaign performance, and analyzing web analytics to drive data-informed decisions. The role also involves developing lead generation strategies, coordinating with sales and product teams, and ensuring consistent messaging across all digital touchpoints.

The Digital Marketing





Manager will track key performance indicators, prepare reports, and continuously identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and reach.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing, with experience planning and executing integrated online campaigns.
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including content planning, community management, and performance tracking.
- Experience with Lead Generation strategies and tools to drive qualified inquiries and conversions.
- Ability to use Web Analytics platforms to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in edutech, education, or technology-based products is an advantage.
