Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and manage the entire digital marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for planning strategies, managing campaigns, supervising team members, and driving online growth across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

- Lead and manage the digital marketing team including SEO specialists, social media managers, performance marketers, content writers.

- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery of campaigns.

- Train and mentor team members to improve performance and skills.

Strategy & Planning

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, leads, and revenue.

- Plan monthly and quarterly marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Campaign Management

- Oversee paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.

- Manage social media marketing on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

- Ensure proper SEO implementation and website optimization.





Performance Monitoring

- Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.

- Analyze data and optimize campaigns to improve ROI.

Budget & Reporting

- Manage the digital marketing budget.

- Prepare monthly reports on campaign performance, traffic, leads, and conversions.

Collaboration

- Work closely with sales, design, and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Required Qualifications

- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing with team management experience.

- Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, and lead generation.

- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
