- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders globally.

- Proven ability to create publication-ready content and executive communications.

- Comfortable presenting to senior leaders and stakeholders across EMEA, North America, and APAC.

- Capable of translating complex commercial concepts into compelling and persuasive business content.

- 12-15 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, marketing automation, growth marketing, or related B2B marketing functions.

- Experience within international and high-growth organizations.

- Demonstrated success delivering measurable pipeline generation and revenue impact from marketing activities.

- Experience working within one or more of the following sectors: B2B Technology, SaaS, HR Technology, Staffing and Workforce Solutions, Qualified Services, FinTech, Business Services

- Strong commercial understanding of marketing-to-sales conversion processes.

- Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, Communications, Commerce, or related discipline.
