Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and manage the company's overall digital marketing strategy. The candidate will be responsible for SEO, AEO, social media, Google Ads, Meta Ads, content strategy, website performance, lead generation, analytics and team management.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of digital marketing trends, advanced SEO/AEO strategies and experience in managing digital campaigns and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Strategy

- Develop and execute the company's overall digital marketing strategy.
- Plan monthly and quarterly digital marketing campaigns.
- Set digital marketing goals, KPIs and performance targets.
- Identify recent opportunities to increase online visibility, leads and conversions.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends.

Advanced SEO – Search Engine Optimization

- Develop and implement advanced On-Page, Off-Page and Technical SEO strategies.
- Conduct advanced keyword research and search intent analysis.
- Improve organic search rankings, website traffic and conversions.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and resolve website issues.
- Manage internal linking, backlink strategies and website structure.
- Conduct competitor and SERP analysis.
- Develop Local SEO strategies and optimize Google Business Profile.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic and SEO performance.
- Use Google Search Console, Google Analytics and SEO tools for analysis and reporting.

AEO – Answer Engine Optimization

- Develop and implement AEO strategies for answer-based and AI-powered search experiences.
- Optimize website content for customer questions and search intent.
- Develop FAQ and question-based content strategies.
- Optimize content for featured snippets and answer-focused search results.
- Implement appropriate schema mark-up and structured data.




- Build topical authority and improve content relevance.
- Monitor emerging AI search and answer-engine visibility.
- Keep the team updated on changes in AI search and AEO practices.

Google Ads & Meta Ads

- Plan and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Develop paid advertising strategies based on business objectives.
- Manage budgets, targeting, bidding and campaign optimization.
- Monitor CPC, CTR, leads, conversions and ROI/ROAS.
- Conduct A/B testing of ads, audiences and landing pages.
- Ensure advertising campaigns generate quality leads and measurable results.

Social Media Marketing

- Develop the company's overall social media strategy.
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
- Plan content calendars and campaign themes.
- Coordinate with content creators, designers and video editors.
- Monitor reach, engagement, followers and conversions.
- Identify trends and develop strategies to improve social media performance.

Content Strategy

- Develop SEO/AEO-focused content strategies.
- Plan blogs, website content, FAQs, videos, reels and social media content.
- Ensure content supports SEO, AEO and business objectives.
- Coordinate with writers, designers, AI content creators and video editors.
- Review and approve digital content before publication.

Analytics & Performance

- Monitor website traffic, organic rankings, leads and conversions.
- Analyze SEO, AEO, paid advertising and social media performance.
- Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports.
- Track KPIs, ROI and ROAS.
- Use data to identify problems and improve campaign performance.
- Present marketing performance and recommendations to management.

Team Management

- Lead and manage the digital marketing team.
- Assign tasks and set performance targets.
- Monitor team productivity and campaign execution.




- Guide SEO, social media, content and paid advertising activities.
- Train team members on new digital marketing and AI tools.
- Coordinate with other departments to achieve business objectives.

Required Qualifications

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Computer Applications or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing or a professional Digital Marketing certification is an added advantage.

Experience

- 4–7 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing.
- Proven experience in SEO, AEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing and Analytics.
- Previous experience managing a digital marketing team is preferred.
