Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven SEO Manager to lead our organic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in modern SEO practices, including AI-driven SEO strategies, content optimization, technical SEO, and team leadership. This role requires a strategic thinker who can improve search visibility, drive qualified organic traffic, and collaborate across marketing, content, and developmentteams.

Key Responsibilities

1.) Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic rankings,website traffic, and conversions.

2.) Leverage AI-powered SEO tools and technologies to enhance keyword research,content optimization, competitor analysis, and workflow automation.

3.) Define and implement content SEO strategies in collaboration with content writers and marketing teams to create high-performing, search-optimized content.

4.) Conduct technical SEO audits and work closely with developers to resolve crawlability, indexing, site speed, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, and other technical issues.

5.) Monitor website performance using SEO and analytics tools,



providing actionable insights and regular performance reports.

6.) Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, backlink analysis, and identify opportunities for organic growth.

7.) Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes, AI search trends, and industry best practices.

8.) Manage and mentor the SEO team, set performance goals, review deliverables, and ensure timely project execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1.) 8-10 years of hands-on experience in SEO with a proven track record of improving organic search performance.

2.) Strong knowledge of AI-powered SEO tools, workflows, and emerging search trends,mapping, and search intent.

3.) Solid technical SEO expertise, including website architecture, indexing, crawling,schema markup, Core Web Vitals, JavaScript SEO, and site performance optimization.

4.) Experience in managing and mentoring SEO teams with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

5.) Proficiency with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and other SEO platforms.

6.) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

7.) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and priorities.
