Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Manager role based in Hyderabad.

The Digital Marketing

Manager will plan and execute digital campaigns to promote AR GLOBAL HUB’s study abroad services, focusing on brand awareness, lead generation, and engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media channels, creating and optimizing online content, monitoring campaign performance, and using web analytics to refine strategies. The role involves coordinating with counseling and admissions teams to align marketing messaging, overseeing digital advertising budgets,



and tracking conversion rates from leads to enrolled students.

The Digital Marketing

Manager will also stay updated on digital marketing trends in the education sector and propose new initiatives to enhance online presence.

Qualifications

- Solid Digital Marketing and Marketing skills, with experience in developing and executing online campaigns.
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including content planning, community engagement, and platform-specific optimization.
- Demonstrated ability in Lead Generation through digital channels such as social media, search, and paid campaigns.
- Experience with Web Analytics tools to measure performance, interpret data, and drive data-informed decisions.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills and the ability to create clear, engaging marketing messages.
- Prior experience in the education or overseas consultancy sector is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
