About the Role

NRK REALTORS is looking for a creative, proactive and enthusiastic Digital Marketing & Operations Intern who wants practical exposure to digital marketing, content creation, real estate and business operations.

You will work closely with the team on real projects involving social media, property marketing, client coordination and day-to-day business activities.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Content

- Manage and assist with social media activities across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Create content ideas, captions, posts and reels and stay updated with social media trends.
- Shoot property photos and videos, including walkthroughs and property showcases.
- Edit short-form videos/reels using CapCut, Canva, VN, Premiere Pro or similar tools.
- Create engaging property showcases, promotional videos and marketing content.
- Maintain content calendars and ensure timely execution.
- Research competitors, market trends and new marketing opportunities.
- Track basic social media performance and suggest ways to improve engagement.

Operations & Business Support
- Maintain Google Sheets, trackers, databases, documents and business records.
- Coordinate with team members and follow up on pending tasks.
- Assist with research, reports, presentations and day-to-day business requirements.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.




- Support different business initiatives as required.

Sales & Client Coordination
- Assist with lead management, calling and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with clients, prospects and team members when required.
- Maintain proper records of leads and follow-ups.
- Assist the sales team with scheduling and coordination.

What We Are Looking For
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with an interest in social media and content creation.
- Basic video shooting and editing skills are preferred.
- Comfortable using Canva, CapCut, Google Sheets/Excel and social media platforms.
- Organised, responsible and valuable at following up.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to multitask and take ownership.
- Prior experience is not mandatory — freshers and students with the right attitude are welcome to apply.
