Build marketing systems with AI agents — not just marketing content.

Most marketing internships teach you to do the work manually.

At LotsTech, you’ll learn a different way: use AI systems and agents to research, create, distribute, measure, and iterate — while keeping human judgment where it matters.

You’ll work on real LotsTech products and channels, ship actual work, run experiments, and learn how a small AI product company approaches growth without a large marketing team.

This is an experience-and-growth track, not a salaried role. Strong performers may be considered for a paid full-time prospect when there is an opening.

WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY WORK ON

→ Content & distribution

Create and improve content using AI systems — briefs, drafts, variations, repurposing, publishing workflows, and distribution — while you direct the quality, positioning, and voice.

→ Social media operations

Plan, schedule, publish, and iterate across social channels using AI-assisted workflows and agents rather than manually doing every step.

→ SEO & web presence

Work on pages, search visibility, directories, business profiles, and other channels that help people discover LotsTech and its products.

→ Build marketing agents

Identify repetitive growth tasks and build or run agents for things like research, content repurposing, outreach preparation, reporting, competitive research, and other recurring workflows.

→ Run growth experiments

Test titles, formats, messages, channels, and distribution loops.

Ship → measure → learn → improve.

The goal isn't to stay busy. The goal is to find what works and keep what compounds.

→ Work inside the product

You’ll use LotsTech products as an actual operator would.

You’ll notice friction, test workflows, identify missing capabilities, and feed that learning back into the product.

This means you're not just marketing an AI product.

You're learning to operate and improve one.

WHAT YOU’LL LEAVE WITH





By the end of the program, you should have more than a certificate.

You should have

- A practical working method for AI-native / agentic marketing
- Shipped work on live products and channels
- Real experiments and outcomes you can discuss in interviews
- Experience building and operating AI-powered growth workflows
- A portfolio of work you can show on your resume or LinkedIn
- Program completion certificate
- A specific LinkedIn recommendation from the founder when the work warrants it
- Access to LotsTech products, including a subscription giveaway on our own tools
- Consideration for a paid full time role if your work is strong and there is an opening

Conversion is based on the quality, ownership, and consistency of your work during the internship — not simply completing the program.

WHO THRIVES HERE

This is a good fit if you:

- Become self-directed after the first week
- Are curious about recent AI tools and willing to try an agent before defaulting to a manual workflow
- Write clearly in English
- Care whether something actually ranks, gets shared, gets discovered, or generates a result
- Like figuring things out without having every step given to you
- Are a student, recent graduate, or career switcher looking for shipped work rather than empty certificates
- Can genuinely commit 15–25 hours per week for two months

You don't need to know everything about AI.

You do need to be willing to learn, experiment, and finish things.

PROBABLY NOT FOR YOU IF...

- You need someone to assign every task after week one
- You mainly want a certificate for your resume
- You don't enjoy experimenting with unfamiliar tools




- You prefer discussing ideas more than shipping them

HOW THE TWO MONTHS WORK

Week 1 — Learn & ship

You’ll get structured onboarding, product walkthroughs, examples of good work, guidance materials, and a first small project to ship.

Weeks 2–8 — Own & improve

You’ll own slices of real growth work across LotsTech.

The work is async by default. You’ll have direction and feedback, but you are expected to figure things out, make decisions, ship, measure, and improve.

Outcomes over activity.

THE OPPORTUNITY

2 months · Remote · 15–25 hours/week

Start dates will be confirmed with selected candidates.

This is an unpaid learning internship.

The return is hands-on experience with AI-native growth, shipped work on live products, access to LotsTech tools, feedback and recommendation when earned, and a potential path to a paid role.

If you're looking for a traditional internship where someone gives you a task list every morning, this probably isn't it.
