– DIGITAL MARKETING INTERN

Role Overview:

This role focuses on driving lead generation, brand positioning, and digital visibility for a consultancy firm specializing in RERA advisory, compliance, and regulatory services for real estate developers.

The candidate will manage the entire digital funnel (content → engagement), with a strong focus on professional services marketing (B2B) rather than generic social media activity.

The candidate should be technologically up to date with social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities (Process-Oriented Workflow)

1. Content Strategy & Development

- Work closely with legal/compliance teams in translating complex RERA regulations, compliance updates, and legal insights into simple, high-impact content (posts, blogs, carousels, short videos).
- Brainstorm trendy ideas aligned with real estate industry updates and regulatory changes.
- Create and maintain structured content calendars based on internal meetings.
- Create / edit infographics, scripts writing, shoot and edit videos / photos relevant to the real estate industry and RERA guidelines.

2. Digital Presence & Brand Positioning

- Manage and optimize platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, ReraOne website, and email marketing channels.
- Ensure consistent brand positioning — professional, insight-driven, and advisory-led.
- Maintain hygiene and regular updates of all digital assets (profiles, landing pages, highlights, etc.).
- Stay updated with the latest platform trends, formats, and algorithm changes.

3. Lead Generation & Funnel Execution

- Design and execute targeted lead generation campaigns for real estate developers and promoters.
- Create compelling lead magnets (RERA alerts, compliance checklists, guides).
- Shoot well-curated bulk emails/messages and outreach campaigns tailored for developers.
- Use tools like K Utility to send WhatsApp messages at scale for engagement and follow-ups.
- Maintain and regularly update the lead and client database.

4. Performance Marketing & Analytics





- Assist in running paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) for targeted outreach.
- Monitor KPIs such as reach, engagement, CTR, lead generated, and conversion rates.
- Generate performance reports with actionable insights and optimization strategies.

5. Website & SEO Optimization

- Improve website visibility using SEO best practices (keyword optimization, blogs, backlinks).
- Ensure all content aligns with search intent of developers seeking RERA compliance solutions.
- Work on improving rankings, traffic, and inbound lead quality through SEO.

6. Market & Competitor Intelligence

- Track competitors (other RERA consultants, legal firms, compliance platforms).
- Identify content gaps, positioning opportunities, and emerging trends.
- Continuously suggest innovative and trendy marketing ideas to strengthen brand positioning.

Key Deliverables

- Consistent, high-quality content pipeline aligned with compliance calendar.
- Ensure growth in qualified leads (developers/promoters).
- Increased engagement across professional digital platforms.
- Ensure improved brand positioning as a RERA advisory expert.
- Measurable impact on the client acquisition funnel.

Skill Set Required

- Ability to brainstorm, execute and adapt to digital trends quickly
- Solid content research and writing, communication skills.
- Basic understanding of digital tools (Canva / Adobe, Meta tools, Google Ads, analytics platforms, K Utility).
- Familiarity with B2B marketing / professional services marketing preferred
- Basic understanding of SEO and performance marketing.
- Interest in real estate regulatory ecosystem is a strong plus

Internship Particulars:

Designation: Digital Marketing Intern

Vacancy: 1 intern

Qualification: BBA / BMS / MBA (specialization in digital marketing preferred)

Duration: 6 Months – 1 Year

Compensation: ₹10,000/- per month

Work Location: Belapur, Navi Mumbai (Onsite)

Incentives: Performance-based PPO (Pre-Placement Offer) potential for high achievers.
