Role Description The Growth & Digital Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across channels such as search, social media, email, and display to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. The specialist will analyze performance data, identify growth opportunities, and apply growth hacking techniques to improve conversion rates and customer acquisition.

Day-to-day activities include collaborating with design and content teams, coordinating with sales to align campaigns with revenue goals, managing marketing projects and timelines,



and reporting on key metrics and insights to stakeholders. The role requires hands-on involvement in experimentation, A/B testing, funnel optimization, and continuous improvement of digital touchpoints.

- Candidates should possess strong analytical skills for data interpretation, performance tracking, and decision-making.
- Candidates should possess clear and effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess growth hacking skills to design experiments, optimize funnels, and accelerate user acquisition and retention.

- Relevant experience in digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, performance marketing) is highly beneficial.
- Working knowledge of marketing analytics and CRM tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ads platforms, HubSpot or similar) is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work in office in Kochi, collaborate within a creative studio workplace, and adapt to a fast-paced, client-focused setting.
