We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Faculty member to join our academic team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lectures, supporting students in their academic development, and contributing to the overall growth of the institution.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver effective and engaging lectures/classes. Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and assessments. Evaluate and monitor students’ academic performance. Provide academic guidance and support to students. Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment. Participate in academic activities, meetings, workshops, and events. Stay updated with the latest developments in the relevant subject area. Maintain accurate academic and student records.
Requirements
Master’s degree in the relevant subject/field. Good communication and presentation skills. Strong subject knowledge and teaching ability. Prior teaching experience is preferred. Ability to work effectively as part of an academic team.
Preferred Skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Student-focused approach. Good classroom management skills. Ability to use digital teaching tools and technology.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
