About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Faculty who can train and mentor students in practical digital marketing concepts and industry-standard tools. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience and the ability to explain concepts clearly.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging and practical digital marketing training sessions.
- Develop and deliver training materials, presentations, assignments, and practical exercises.
- Teach key areas of digital marketing, including:
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Social Media Marketing
- Google Ads / PPC
- Meta Ads
- Content Marketing
- Email Marketing
- Google Analytics & Google Search Console
- Keyword Research & Competitor Analysis
- Online Reputation & Local SEO
- Lead Generation and Performance Marketing
- AI tools and AI-powered marketing strategies
- Provide real-time practical examples and industry case studies.
- Guide students through live projects and digital marketing campaigns.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, assessments, and projects.
- Mentor students and provide feedback to improve their practical skills.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, Google algorithm updates, advertising platforms, and AI developments.
- Assist students with career guidance, interview preparation, and industry best practices.

Required Skills




- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media marketing.
- Practical experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads Manager, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Good understanding of keyword research, content strategy, lead generation, and performance marketing.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Good mentoring and classroom management skills.
- Knowledge of AI tools used in digital marketing is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Digital Marketing Trainer, Faculty, Mentor, or Consultant.
- Experience working with a digital marketing agency.
- Experience handling live client projects or campaigns.
- Relevant certification in Google Ads, Analytics, Meta, or other digital marketing platforms is an advantage.
