Job Brief

We are looking for a data-driven and creative Digital Marketing Executive to manage our online brand presence. You will develop, implement, and track marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels to increase engagement, generate leads, and boost conversions. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with modern marketing tools, a robust analytical mindset, and a passion for digital trends.

Key Responsibilities

- Campaign Execution: Plan and execute web, SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising campaigns.

- SEO & SEM: Optimize website content, conduct keyword research, and execute paid search (Google Ads) and social media ads.

- Social Media Management: Maintain, monitor, and grow the company’s presence across major social media platforms.

- Content Creation: Collaborate with design and copywriting teams to create high-quality, engaging content for landing pages, newsletters, and blogs.

- Performance Tracking: Measure and report on the ROI and KPIs of all active marketing campaigns.

- Analytics & Optimization:



Use web analytics tools to identify user drop-off points and optimize marketing funnels.

- Market Research: Monitor competitor activity and stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

- Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in a dedicated digital marketing role.

- SEO/SEM Tools: High proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar software.

- Ad Platforms: Hands-on experience managing budgets and campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.

- Communication: Exceptional copywriting, proofreading, and verbal communication skills.

- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS, WordPress (or other CMS), and marketing automation tools is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
