- Performance Marketing Experience: 1–3 Years Location: Delhi Employment Type: Full-Time About the RoleWe are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who can manage and execute our online marketing activities across Meta, Google, SEO, social media, website and digital campaigns . The candidate should have a robust understanding of SEO fundamentals and be capable of implementing SEO strategies—not just posting content.

Key Responsibilities 1.

Digital Marketing

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google and other relevant platforms . Manage and optimize Facebook &

- Instagram campaigns for leads, enquiries, engagement and brand awareness. Monitor campaign performance, CPL, CTR, conversions and ROI. Coordinate with the creative/content team for ads, reels, creatives and promotional campaigns. Identify new digital marketing opportunities and trends.
- SEO – Mandatory Skill Perform keyword research and identify high-value commercial and informational keywords.

Implement

On-Page SEO , including: Title tags Meta descriptions Headings URL optimization Internal linking Image ALT text Keyword placement Understand and implement Technical SEO basics . Work on Off-Page SEO and link-building activities . Monitor website rankings, organic traffic and keyword positions. Identify SEO issues and coordinate their resolution. Perform competitor and SERP analysis. Help improve organic visibility and qualified website traffic.

- Website &
- Content Manage and regularly update website content. Create SEO-friendly content briefs for blogs, category pages and product/service pages. Ensure website content follows SEO best practices. Coordinate with designers, developers and content writers wherever required. 4.

Social Media

Manage day-to-day social media activities.



Plan content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant platforms. Monitor engagement, reach, followers and content performance. Research trends, hashtags, competitors and relevant content opportunities.

- Analytics &
- Reporting Track and analyze marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Meta Ads Manager . Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports. Analyze campaign and SEO data and recommend improvements. Maintain proper records of leads, campaigns and marketing activities.

Required Skills Must Have: Practical knowledge of SEO Keyword research & competitor analysis On-page SEO Basic technical SEO Meta Ads / Facebook Ads Google Ads fundamentals Google Analytics Google Search Console Social media management Canva or basic creative tools Basic understanding of website/CMS management Good Excel/Google Sheets skills Strong analytical and problem-solving ability Good to Have: WordPress GA4 Google Tag Manager Looker Studio SEO tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest or similar Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS Experience with lead-generation campaigns Basic understanding of conversion tracking and pixels Candidate Profile1–3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience. SEO knowledge is mandatory. AEO/GEO Content.

Should understand the difference between SEO and paid advertising and know how both can work together. Should be comfortable working with numbers, reports and performance metrics. Strong communication and coordination skills.

Self-driven, proactive and willing to experiment with new marketing strategies. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
