Responsibilities

- Marketing Strategy – Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with brand vision, growth goals, and seasonal campaigns
- Social Media Management – Create, post, and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Content Creation – Collaborate with the internal team to produce high-quality reels, carousels, and promotional videos
- Ad Campaigns – Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube (monthly/weekly campaigns)
- Lead Generation – Implement lead generation funnels using WhatsApp Business, Zoho CRM, and landing pages
- Analytics & Reports – Monitor digital performance metrics weekly and prepare monthly performance reports




- Email Marketing – Build and execute newsletters and drip email campaigns for various service offerings
- SEO & Website Updates – Coordinate with the tech team to update website content and improve visibility
- Event Promotion – Promote internal and external events/workshops across all digital platforms
- Reputation Management – Monitor and respond to online reviews, comments, and DMs to build digital trust
- Community Building – Drive digital community growth (WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook Groups) through engaging content and conversations
- Collaborations – Liaise with influencers, partners, and subject matter experts for content collaborations
- Campaign Planning – Conceptualize and execute campaigns around health days (e.g., Doctors Day, Yoga Day, etc.)
- Offline Integration – Ensure branding and digital coverage for offline activities (camps, workshops, etc.)
- Continuous Learning – Stay updated with industry trends and apply learnings to enhance campaign efficiency

Requirements

- Positive communication skills are a must
- Looking presentable is a no-brainer since you will represent the company publicly
- Efficient computer knowledge is mandatory
- Basics of marketing and sales process
- Deep knowledge of how social media works
