ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual with a strong interest in digital marketing and a willingness to learn and grow. The ideal candidate should be proactive, creative and analytical, with the ability to take ownership and accountability for their work. The candidate should be organised, adaptable and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, while maintaining a positive and professional approach.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Digital Marketing

- Execute and manage Meta advertising campaigns.
- Execute and manage Google Ads campaigns.
- Monitor, analyse and optimise campaign performance.
- Track key campaign metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for ad creatives.





Lead Management

- Monitor incoming enquiries from Meta Ads and other digital channels.
- Respond to and follow up with leads through WhatsApp and phone.
- Qualify prospective customers and schedule site visits.
- Ensure timely and consistent lead follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate lead records in CRM/Excel.

Social Media

- Manage Facebook and Instagram pages.
- Create and schedule posts, stories and reels.
- Respond to customer enquiries and messages.
- Support initiatives to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.

Content & Branding

- Coordinate photoshoots and video shoots at the project site.
- Assist in developing brochures, banners and other marketing materials.
- Coordinate with external creative agencies, designers and freelancers.

Reporting & Analytics

- Prepare daily and weekly marketing reports.
- Track leads generated, campaign performance and site visits.
- Monitor social media performance.
- Maintain records of ongoing marketing activities.
- Provide basic insights and recommendations for improvement.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Good working knowledge of Meta Ads.
- Support running of Google Ads.
- Familiarity with Canva and digital content creation.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
- Willingness to learn, take ownership and be accountable for results.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field is preferred (not mandatory).
- 0–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant internship experience may also apply.
- Prior experience in real estate marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads will be preferred.
