Role Description The Digital Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow. This role involves planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across various online channels, including social media, email, and web platforms. Daily responsibilities include creating and optimizing content for websites and social media, monitoring campaign performance, and analyzing web analytics to improve reach and engagement.

The role also includes staying updated on digital marketing trends and tools to ensure effective and up-to-date campaign execution.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Marketing, with the ability to plan and execute digital campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Excellent Communication skills, including explicit written and verbal expression and the ability to coordinate with clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.
- Experience in Web Content Writing, with the ability to develop engaging, SEO-aware content for websites and digital platforms.
- Ability to use Web Analytics tools to measure performance, interpret data, and optimize campaigns for better results.
- Familiarity with basic design tools and marketing automation platforms is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site in Lucknow in a fast-paced environment.
