Netbix Technologies is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive – Google Ads & Meta Ads Specialist to join our team in Madurai.

The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and paid advertising campaigns. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing advertising campaigns to generate quality leads and improve campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns
- Create and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
- Develop effective paid advertising strategies for lead generation
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, conversions, CPL, CTR, and ROI
- Perform regular campaign optimization to improve results and reduce advertising costs
- Conduct audience research and competitor analysis for advertising campaigns
- Create and test different ad campaigns, audiences, creatives, and ad copies
- Manage daily and monthly advertising budgets
- Track leads and conversions from Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and lead quality
- Coordinate with the content/design team for ad creatives and promotional campaigns
- Stay updated with the latest Google Ads and Meta Ads features,



trends, and best practices

Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing
- Strong practical knowledge of Google Ads
- Strong practical knowledge of Meta Ads / Facebook Ads / Instagram Ads
- Experience managing paid advertising campaigns
- Experience with lead generation campaigns
- Good understanding of campaign targeting, audience segmentation, and retargeting
- Knowledge of ad copy, creative testing, and campaign optimization
- Good understanding of advertising metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversions
- Experience with Google Analytics/conversion tracking is preferred
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and advertising budgets

Preferred Candidate Candidates with proven hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns will be preferred.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate previous campaign experience, including lead generation, campaign optimization, and performance improvement.

Freshers are not preferred. Candidates with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
