We're a bootstrapped, fast-growing FMCG company based in Mulund, Mumbai, manufacturing and marketing two brands for Skin care and Oral Care. We're a lean, hands-on team building both brands from the ground up, and we're looking for someone who wants real ownership across digital marketing, not just a narrow task.

The Role

We're hiring a Digital Marketing Executive to own social media, paid advertising, and lead generation for both Brands. You'll work across content and campaign analysis — and you'll be expected to move fast, experiment, and use AI tools to work smarter.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Instagram, Facebook, Youtube and other social media platforms
- Plan and execute social media content calendars
- Create and coordinate posts, reels, stories and promotional content
- Manage Meta/Facebook/Instagram Ads
- Manage and optimise Google Ads
- Monitor advertising spend, conversions and campaign performance
- Use ChatGPT and other AI tools for marketing, research, content and automation
- Write advertising copy, captions and promotional content
- Coordinate graphic design and video/reel creation
- Assist with landing pages and marketing funnels
- Analyse campaign results and recommend improvements
- Research competitors and recent marketing opportunities
- Work closely with management to execute new ideas quickly




- Identify and shortlist micro/nano and macro influencers relevant to oral care and skincare (beauty, wellness, lifestyle niches)
- Reach out and build ongoing relationships with influencers and content creators
- Negotiate collaboration terms — barter (product-for-post) vs. paid deals

What We're Looking For

- 2–3 years of hands-on experience across social media management and paid advertising (Meta Ads + Google Ads)
- Comfortable using AI Creative tools as part of daily workflow
- Strong writing skills for ad copy, captions, and email/WhatsApp campaigns
- Basic understanding of landing pages and marketing funnels
- FMCG, beauty, skincare, or wellness industry experience is a plus
- Comfortable working independently and owning outcomes in a small-team, startup environment

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
