Digital Marketing & Content Development AssociateMEICON GROUP is hiring a hands-on Digital Marketing & Content Development Associate to manage social media, create digital content, and support the development of structured technical training programs for engineers, project teams, and subcontractors.

The selected candidate will work closely with civil engineers, project managers, and other subject-matter experts to convert engineering knowledge, construction procedures, SOPs, project experience, and software workflows into clear and engaging training materials.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop posts, Reels, Stories, videos, carousels, captions, scripts, presentations, and marketing creatives.
- Coordinate with technical teams to develop structured training curricula for engineers, project professionals, and subcontractors.
- Create training videos, presentations, tutorials, reference guides, quizzes, assessments, and case studies.
- Support curriculum planning, scripting, recording, editing, technical review, revision, and publication.
- Manage the digital training library, including modules, videos, presentations, templates, assessments, and supporting documents.
- Maintain content indexes, naming conventions, version control, approval status, and module-release schedules.
- Upload and organize training materials on the company’s learning-management system and other approved platforms.
- Repurpose technical training material into social media content, educational videos,



project case studies, and thought-leadership content.
- Create capability statements, company presentations, website content, and other marketing materials.
- Support selected business-development initiatives through market research, prospect research, outreach content, and presentation materials.
- Monitor content performance and recommend practical improvements.

Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing, content development, training-content creation, video production, or a related role.
- Previous experience working with a reputed organization, agency, or professional firm is mandatory.
- Demonstrated ability to create and edit social media content, videos, presentations, and digital learning materials.
- Working knowledge of Canva and at least one video-editing tool such as CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, or equivalent.
- Strong written English and the ability to simplify technical information for different audiences.
- Strong content-library management, documentation, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with engineers and subject-matter experts to develop structured, publishable training content.




- Ability to manage multiple assignments, review cycles, and publishing deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating content for construction, civil engineering, infrastructure, real estate, or professional-services organizations.
- Experience developing training curricula, online courses, instructional videos, assessments, or LMS content.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Google Drive, or similar digital content libraries.
- Instructional Design, Marketing, or Technical Communication background is an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, website management, email marketing, analytics, or paid social campaigns.

What We Are Looking ForA creative, organized, and execution-focused qualified who can independently take an idea through research, scripting, design, editing, review, and publication. The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable creating an engaging social media video, developing an engineering training module, and maintaining an organized digital training library. This is a hands-on content-creation role. Candidates whose experience is limited to planning or coordinating content without personally creating and editing deliverables may not be suitable.

Selection ProcessShortlisted candidates may be asked to share a portfolio and complete a short practical assignment involving a social media post, training presentation, video concept, curriculum outline, or technical-content sample.
