About the Role

We're hiring a Digital Growth Lead to own growth at GNXTACE — not just run campaigns. This role sits across Performance Marketing, SEO, Content, Creative, Analytics, CRO, Acquisition and Retention, but it all rolls up to one thing- growth that compounds.

There's no finished playbook here. You'll build it.

What You'll Own

Digital growth strategy, end to end

Meta, Google & performance channel management

Funnel building, optimization and CRO





SEO and organic growth initiatives

CAC, CPL, CTR, CVR, ROAS — owning the numbers, not just reporting them

Structured experiments with clear business objectives

Dashboards and systems that drive better decisions

Turning what works into repeatable growth systems

What You Bring

Min 3–5 years of hands-on digital/growth experience

Solid grasp of the full growth funnel and performance marketing

Sharp analytical and commercial thinking

Working knowledge of SEO, CRO and analytics tools A bias for testing over assuming

Ownership — you bring "here's what I think we should do" over "what should I do?"

How We'll Know You're Winning

Not campaign count.We track CAC, conversion, ROAS, revenue, organic growth retention, and whether your wins become repeatable systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
