About The Role The Economic Times is seeking a talented Digital Content Creator to join our team on a contractual basis. The primary responsibility of this role is to develop compelling, accurate, and SEO-optimized content specifically for our International news section. The ideal candidate will be passionate about current affairs, possess excellent writing skills, and be capable of creating engaging articles that resonate with our global readership.

This role requires a proactive individual who can research and interpret complex news stories, craft clear and concise narratives,



and adhere to the editorial standards of The Economic Times. The content produced will play a crucial role in driving web traffic, increasing reader engagement, and strengthening our position as a trusted source of international news. Flexibility to work across different shifts, including graveyard shifts, is essential to ensure continuous coverage and timely publication of news updates.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a strong command of the English language, with exceptional writing and editing skills. Prior experience in digital journalism, content creation, or related fields is preferred, with a minimum of 1 to 5 years of relevant experience.
