About the Role

We are looking for a creative, hands-on Digital Content & Graphic Designer to help build and strengthen our brand's visual identity across digital platforms.

The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design and can turn ideas, products and information into engaging Instagram posts, reels, stories and other digital content. You should be comfortable working independently, experimenting with different creative formats and taking ownership of the brand's day-to-day visual content.

This is a hands-on creative role for someone who enjoys designing, creating and experimenting with content.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Digital Content

- Create engaging and visually appealing Instagram posts, carousels, stories and reels.
- Develop creative concepts for social media content based on products, campaigns and brand objectives.
- Edit short-form videos and reels for Instagram and other digital platforms.
- Create content that is visually strong, relevant and aligned with current social media trends.
- Adapt content into different formats for Instagram, LinkedIn, website and digital advertising.
- Maintain a consistent visual identity across all digital channels.
- Help plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.

Graphic Design & Brand Content

- Design product creatives, promotional graphics, banners, advertisements and marketing materials.
- Create catalogues, brochures, presentations and other brand collateral when required.
- Develop and maintain templates for recurring social media and marketing content.




- Ensure all creative output follows the brand's visual identity and standards.
- Organize and maintain digital brand assets, images, videos and design files.

Video & Content Creation
- Shoot and edit simple product videos and social media content.
- Create engaging reels using video, graphics, text, animation, music and transitions.
- Repurpose existing photographs, videos and product information into fresh digital content.
- Stay updated with Instagram trends, formats, sounds and content styles.

Website & Digital Assets

- Create and update basic website graphics, banners and visual content.
- Assist with the visual layout and content presentation of our website.
- Work with Shopify and other website platforms to upload and update visual content where required.

Collaboration & Execution

- Translate ideas and briefs into strong visual concepts.
- Manage multiple creative projects and deliver work within deadlines.
- Take ownership of projects from concept through to final execution.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, digital content creation or social media content.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating Instagram posts, reels, social media creatives and graphic design.




- Strong command of Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar tools).
- Good video editing skills and ability to create engaging short-form videos.
- Robust understanding of Instagram formats, trends and visual storytelling.
- Excellent eye for design, typography, composition and visual consistency.
- Ability to take a basic idea and turn it into an attractive finished creative.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Skills

- Experience creating content for consumer brands, D2C brands or social-media-driven businesses.
- Experience with reels, motion graphics and basic animation.
- Photography or product photography skills.
- Familiarity with Shopify and digital advertising creatives.
- Experience using AI-assisted creative tools for generating or enhancing content.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and content performance.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
