Kanan.co is expanding its Kanan Digital Sales Team (KDST) in Vadodara ,

We are looking for a Digital Counsellor who is passionate about sales, counselling, and helping students achieve their study-abroad goals.

About the Role

As a Digital Counsellor, you will manage and convert prospective students through WhatsApp, phone calls, website enquiries, social media, digital campaigns, and other online channels .

You will be responsible for understanding student requirements, providing suitable study-abroad guidance, nurturing leads, and converting qualified prospects into applications and admissions .

Key Responsibilities

- Manage, qualify and respond to digital leads promptly

• Counsel students and parents on countries, universities, courses, intakes, fees, scholarships and eligibility

• Drive the complete funnel: Lead → Counselling → Application → Offer → Visa Process

- Build strong follow-up strategies and ensure minimal lead leakage
- Handle sales objections and move qualified prospects towards applications
- Coordinate with Application, Visa, Marketing and other internal teams

• Maintain accurate CRM records, follow-ups and pipeline updates





• Contribute towards monthly and quarterly admission & revenue targets

- Ensure a professional, transparent and student-centric counselling experience

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Freshers: Candidates with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.

Experience in Study Abroad, Education Consultancy, Inside Sales, EdTech, Telesales, CRM or Digital Lead Conversion will be an advantage.
