Manager / Assistant Manager Digital Communications & Social Media

Role & responsibilities

1. Social Media & Digital Content

- Manage and grow companies social media presence across relevant platforms.
- Develop monthly and quarterly content calendars aligned with business, brand and communication priorities.
- Create and manage posts, reels, stories, videos and other digital content formats.
- Write engaging and effective copy for social media and digital platforms.
- Ensure consistency in tone, messaging and visual identity across channels.
- Track audience engagement, growth and other relevant performance indicators.

1. Content Creation & Storytelling

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather content and identify communication opportunities.
- Work with photographers, videographers, designers and agencies to produce high-quality content.
- Support content creation around hotel launches, milestones, events, partnerships, food and beverage, people, culture and other brand initiatives.

1. Digital Campaigns





- Support the planning and execution of digital communication campaigns.
- Develop campaign-specific content and coordinate its rollout across relevant platforms.
- Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely delivery.
- Support communication requirements

1. Website & Digital Platforms

- Support the management and regular updating of relevant websites and digital platforms.
- Coordinate with agencies and internal teams on content requirements.
- Manage content uploads and updates through relevant CMS platforms.
- Support basic SEO and website analytics requirements.

1. Special Projects

- Support specific communication initiatives, including art, culture, sustainability, employer branding, events and other strategic projects.
- Where required, work on digital communication and content for Company Art and other cultural programming.
