Role Overview The IT & Digital acts as an executionfocused bridge between business functions and advanced digital technologies. This role requires strong handson exposure to AIdriven software development, analytics, and intelligent automation, along with endtoend ownership of digital and enterprise application delivery.

The incumbent will collaborate closely with senior leadership, business stakeholders, delivery teams, and technology partners to conceptualize, design, implement, and scale AIenabled web, mobile, and enterprise solutions that deliver measurable business value across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

AIDriven Software Development & Delivery

- Lead and manage endtoend delivery of AIbased solutions, including web applications, mobile apps, analytics platforms, and automation systems.
- Provide handson functional and solutionlevel support across the entire SDLCrequirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and postgolive support.
- Translate complex business problems into AIenabled digital solutions, such as predictive models, intelligent workflows, decision engines, and autonomous / semiautonomous AI agents.
- Collaborate closely with developers and engineers on solution architecture, APIs, data flows, system integrations, and cloud deployments.
- Support deployment of Agentic AI solutions to drive workflow automation, decisionmaking, and enterprise process automation.

Business Requirements & Documentation

- Develop and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and RFQs aligned with business objectives.
- Define and document functional use cases, process flows, and business scenarios in coordination with stakeholders.
- Partner with business and IT teams to analyze current workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and design fitforpurpose digital solutions.

IT Project Coordination & Governance

- Lead digital, AI, and analytics initiatives from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery within scope, timelines, budgets, and defined business KPIs.
- Prepare and present executivelevel dashboards, MIS reports,



risk assessments, and project status updates for leadership review.
- Coordinate crossfunctional internal teams, external vendors, system integrators, and cloud partners to ensure delivery quality and operational excellence.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

- Serve as the primary IT / Digital point of contact for business stakeholders across Operations, SCM, Quality, HSE, HR, Finance, and Audit functions.
- Facilitate requirementgathering workshops, solution reviews, sprint reviews, and demo sessions with internal teams and external partners.
- Lead AI usecase ideation sessions, vendor evaluations, proofofconcept reviews, and solution demonstrations.
- Evaluate, onboard, and manage AI, analytics, software development, and cloud technology partners.

Digital Transformation & Process Improvement

- Drive enterprisewide digital transformation initiatives through AIbased automation, analyticsled insights, and modern application platforms.
- Identify opportunities for process digitization, intelligent automation, RPA + AI, and datadriven decision frameworks.
- Support ERP modernization initiatives, including integration of SAP with custom AIenabled web and mobile applications.
- Advocate and promote a datadriven, AIfirst culture across business functions.

SAP & Enterprise Applications

- Possess functional understanding of SAP modules relevant to core business processes.
- Act as a businessIT liaison for SAPrelated initiatives; deep technical SAP expertise is not mandatory.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 4–6 years of experience in IT project delivery, AIbased software development, analytics systems,



or enterprise digital transformation programs.
- Demonstrated experience delivering AIenabled web applications, mobile apps, analytics dashboards, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Strong exposure to AI/ML platforms, data analytics tools, cloud technologies, and modern application architectures.
- Experience in Renewable Energy, EPC, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, or assetintensive industries is highly preferred.

Skills & Competencies Functional & Technical Skills

- Strong handson understanding of AI/ML concepts, analytics pipelines, and AIbased application architectures.
- Experience with predictive modeling, NLP, AI agents, decision intelligence systems, and automation frameworks.
- Working knowledge of data analytics, KPIs, dashboards, MIS, and reporting tools.
- Understanding of web and mobile application development, APIs, cloud deployment models, and integration patterns.
- Familiarity with PMIS, DMS, and ERP platforms, including evaluation and implementation lifecycles.
