- Job Overview
- We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in managing high-ROI ad campaigns. The ideal candidate is a core expert in Meta Ads and Google Ads, with deep technical mastery in ad campaign strategy, advanced bidding models, and budget optimization. You will work closely with cross-departmental teams to scale customer acquisition and maximize campaign performance.

- Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution & Management: Plan, set up, and execute high-converting paid ad campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Bidding & Budget Optimization: Implement advanced bidding strategies (Target CPA, Target ROAS, Manual CPC) to maximize conversion efficiency and lower acquisition costs.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work directly with design, content, web development, and sales teams to align ad creatives, landing page experiences, and funnels.
- A/B Testing & Creative Strategy: Continuously test ad copy, creatives, audience targeting segments,



and landing pages to improve click-through (CTR) and conversion rates.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM), analyze campaign data, and present performance reports with actionable insights to management.
- Audience Segmentation: Build and refine custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and strategic remarketing campaigns to capture high-intent users.
- Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of core experience directly managing Google Ads and Meta Ads managers.
- Core Expertise: Proven track record of managing paid budgets, structuring multi-tier campaigns, and executing bidding strategies that deliver consistent 3x+ ROAS.
- Analytical Skills: Solid experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Pixel setup, conversion API tracking, and Tag Manager.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
