Job Summary

We are looking for a Diamond & Jewellery Grader – Fresher to inspect and evaluate diamonds, gemstones and jewellery products based on defined quality parameters and company standards.

The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, good observation skills, strong communication and a willingness to learn jewellery grading and quality inspection processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect and evaluate diamonds, gemstones and jewellery products as per company quality standards.
- Check diamonds based on basic quality parameters such as cut, colour, clarity and carat.
- Assist in identifying inclusions, blemishes and other visible characteristics in stones.
- Inspect jewellery pieces for quality, finishing and visible defects.
- Verify stone and jewellery specifications against required standards.
- Assist in sorting and grading stones and jewellery based on quality and specifications.
- Maintain accurate grading, inspection and quality records.
- Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing jewellery inventory.
- Support the quality team during inspection and final checking of jewellery.
- Handle diamonds, gemstones and jewellery with appropriate care and security.
- Follow established grading procedures and company quality standards.
- Coordinate with production,



quality and other internal teams when required.
- Perform other grading and quality-related activities as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduation is preferred / relevant educational qualification.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Strong observation and attention-to-detail skills.
- Good visual ability and ability to identify differences in colour, quality and finishing.
- Positive communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to learn diamond, gemstone and jewellery grading.
- Ability to work accurately with repetitive inspection activities.
- Good coordination and teamwork skills.
- Professional attitude and willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with a background or interest in Jewellery, Gemology, Diamonds, Gemstones or Quality Inspection will be preferred.
- Candidates with any gemology/jewellery-related certification or training will be an advantage.
- Candidates who are immediately available or can join at the earliest are preferred.
- Candidates comfortable working full-time from the Mumbai – BKC office are preferred.
- Candidates comfortable working in rotational shifts are required.
- Candidates must be comfortable attending a face-to-face interview.

Important: Good communication skills and strong attention to detail are mandatory for this position. Pay: ₹14,500.59 - ₹17,961.31 per month
