Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced DGM – Factory Operations & Repair/Refurbishment to lead end-to-end factory, repair and refurbishment operations. The candidate will be responsible for operational performance, productivity, quality, TAT, cost optimization, inventory, compliance and team management.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead overall factory, production, repair and refurbishment operations .
- Manage the complete R&R; lifecycle from product receipt, diagnosis and repair to testing, grading and dispatch.
- Drive productivity, OEE/capacity utilization, quality, OTD and TAT targets.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, RCA, CAPA and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Optimize manpower, resources, material consumption and operational costs.
- Monitor repair quality, refurbishment yield, rework and product failure trends.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, Planning and Supply Chain teams.
- Manage inventory, spare parts and consumables to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Prepare operational MIS, budgets, forecasts and performance reviews.
- Drive cost control, profitability and asset recovery/monetization initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional teams across Production, Quality, Engineering, Warehouse and Repair Operations.




- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, statutory requirements, audits and internal controls.
- Drive process standardization, automation and operational excellence.

Candidate Profile
- 15+ years of relevant experience in Factory Operations, Repair & Refurbishment, Service Centre Operations, Reverse Logistics, Manufacturing or related operations.
- Proven experience in factory/service-centre leadership and large-scale repair/refurbishment operations .
- Exposure to P&L;, budgeting, cost optimization and business performance management .
- Strong knowledge of production operations, quality systems, inventory and supply chain coordination.
- Experience in Lean/Six Sigma, RCA, CAPA and continuous improvement.
- Strong team leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Noida/Delhi-NCR based candidates preferred.

Qualification Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Industrial / Production or related discipline. MBA/PGDM in Operations/Supply Chain will be preferred.

Compensation

₹30–33 LPA CTC
