If you have a strong command of DGCA CPL subjects and enjoy helping aspiring pilots build a strong foundation for their aviation careers, we’d love to hear from you.

? Subjects
We are looking for instructors for:
- Air Navigation
- Aviation Meteorology
- Air Regulations
- Technical General
- RTR / Radio Telephony
?✈️ What we’re looking for
- Ground Instructor with Previous experience in Teaching DGCA subjects
- Strong knowledge of DGCA CPL syllabus and examination requirements
- Excellent communication and teaching skills
- Ability to simplify complex aviation concepts
- Solid focus on cadet understanding and examination readiness
- ? What you’ll be part of At ThePilot.in, we work with aspiring pilots and Airline cadet pilot programs across India and globally. Our focus is not just on completing the syllabus, but on building exam-ready, flight-ready and career-ready pilots.
