Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies to protect the organization's assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential security threats.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Implement and maintain secure coding practices and standards across the organization.
- Provide training and guidance on security best practices to employees.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in cybersecurity.
Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of security principles and practices,
including threat modeling and risk assessment.
- Experience with security frameworks and standards, such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Ability to lead and manage high-performing teams, focusing on collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Robust knowledge of cloud security platforms and containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
