Role Description This is a full-time, on-site DevOps Specialist role based in Delhi. The DevOps Specialist will design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate build and deployment processes, and ensure reliable integration between development and operations environments.

The role involves managing containerized applications, maintaining Kubernetes clusters, and overseeing Linux-based infrastructure to support high-availability systems.



The individual will collaborate closely with software development teams to improve release cycles, monitor system performance, and troubleshoot production issues. The DevOps Specialist will also contribute to security, scalability, and observability practices to maintain stable and efficient environments for client projects.

Qualifications

- Strong background in Software Development and Integration, with experience collaborating across engineering and operations teams.
- Hands-on expertise in Continuous Integration practices and tools, including building and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Practical experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration and deployment in production environments.
- Proficiency with Linux administration, scripting, and system troubleshooting.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Ability to work in an in office, collaborative environment in Delhi, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
